Celtic Sea Salt (or Sel Gris) is pure, unprocessed and authentic, containing active key minerals and trace elements of magnesium, calcium and potassium. The salt originates from coastal France where it is hand-harvested, following a 2,000 year old traditional Celtic technique, resulting in higher than usual moisture content and light grey colour.
A small amount of sesame has been added for extra flavour and is a very good source of natural calcium.
